🌍 International Shipping

• We ship to Canada, UK, Australia.
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
• Buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• No “gift” labeling.

✅ Free Shipping

• Available on contiguous U.S. orders ≥ $35 (before tax).
• Autoship / subscription orders ship FREE.

📍 Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories.
• Invalid addresses may cause delays or extra fees.

📮 Tracking

• Tracking number sent by email once shipped.
• Allow 24 hours for carrier updates.

🚫 Returns & Refunds (Consumable Policy)

• All sales are final on DrinkCirkul flavor cartridges & sealed consumables (hygiene/safety).
• Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 3 business days with photos for replacement.

⚠️ Lost / Stolen Packages

• Report within 7 days of marked delivery.
• Claims take 5–10 business days. We replace/refund after approval.
